Terms of service
Last updated: 18 May 2026
These terms govern access to and use of CivilPilot, a construction project management platform provided by Quantum Culture Technologies. By creating an account, using the platform, or accessing a customer portal, you agree to these terms.
Service
CivilPilot provides hosted software for construction workflows including project tracking, DPRs, BOQs, drawings, materials, labour, expenses, approvals, subcontractor coordination, reporting, and related operational tools. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
Accounts and responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered into CivilPilot, for safeguarding account credentials, and for all activity under your organization's account. Administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Acceptable use
You must not use CivilPilot to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, overload the service, or misuse customer portals and public links. We may suspend access when required to protect the service, customers, or the public.
Customer data
You retain ownership of project records, files, and other content you submit to CivilPilot. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content so we can provide the service.
Billing
Paid plans, trials, invoices, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the commercial terms agreed with your organization. Unless separately agreed, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Availability and support
We work to keep CivilPilot reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades, network issues, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control. Support is provided through the contact channels published on the website or agreed with your organization.
Limitations
CivilPilot is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quantum Culture Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms as CivilPilot changes. Material updates will be communicated through the product, website, or email where practical. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
