Cancellation & refund policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for CivilPilot subscriptions, a service provided by Quantum Culture Technologies.
Cancellations
You can cancel any plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Monthly plans remain active until the end of the paid 30-day cycle and do not renew. Annual plans remain active until the end of the paid year and do not renew.
Refunds — annual plans
If you cancel within 14 days of first purchasing an annual plan, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable for the running year.
Refunds — monthly plans
Monthly fees are non-refundable once a cycle has started; cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 business days. GST on refunded amounts is reversed on the credit note.
Failed or duplicate payments
Amounts captured for orders that did not activate a subscription are automatically reconciled and refunded; write to hello@qctech.in if anything looks wrong.
